AdonisIQ is an AI-assisted health and physique coaching app. It combines a personal AI coach ("Adonis") with a decision engine that turns your daily check-ins, nutrition, training, sleep, and body data into clear, evidence-based guidance toward your goal.
During onboarding you enter your stats and goal (lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain). AdonisIQ calculates your calorie and macro blueprint automatically. You can fine-tune these anytime under Profile › Goal & blueprint and Daily Targets.
Yes. New members get a 14-day free trial. You can explore the full experience during the trial and cancel anytime before it ends from your device's App Store subscription settings.
Adonis reviews your logged data and gives specific, numeric coaching — training adjustments, nutrition tweaks, recovery guidance, and progressive-overload targets. Ask him anything in the Coach tab, or tap "Review my day" for a summary grounded in what you've logged that day.
Adonis is evidence-based on purpose. For things like auto-adjusting your macros he waits until there's enough real trend data (about a week of weigh-ins plus consistent nutrition logging) before making a recommendation, rather than guessing from a single day.
No. The day review is grounded strictly in what you've logged today. If a category isn't logged yet, Adonis will say so and nudge you to log it — he won't present an earlier day's numbers as today's. Longer-term trends are used only as clearly-labeled background context.
It's a single daily number (0–100) that reflects how consistently you're hitting the habits that drive your goal — nutrition, training, sleep, steps, and weigh-ins — weighted by what matters most for your specific goal.
Because it reflects your rolling consistency, not just the current moment. Early in the day, any category you haven't logged yet is filled in from your recent 5-day baseline, then updates to today's real numbers the moment you log them. So the score stays meaningful instead of collapsing to zero overnight.
A day where your score reaches 80 or higher. Stringing green days together builds your streak — the clearest signal that you're on pace for your goal.
Everything lives in one place — the Log hub. Use the tabs to record a Check-in, Nutrition, Training, Measurements, or Labs. You can also back-date any entry using the date selector at the top.
On the Nutrition, Training, and Labs tabs you can paste text or add a screenshot (for example from another tracking app or a lab report). Tap the button and Adonis reads it for you. For nutrition and labs you'll get a review popup with the values filled in so you can correct anything before saving.
No. Enter whatever you have. If some fields are blank, you'll see a quick prompt listing what's missing so you can either add them or save your check-in as-is.
Yes. Open the relevant history screen from Profile › Your history (Check-in, Workout, Nutrition, Measurement, or Lab history). From there you can edit the values, change the date, or delete any entry.
They're calculated from your stats and goal during onboarding (using your estimated energy needs). You can adjust them manually in Daily Targets, where a balance meter helps your macros add up to 100% of your calorie goal.
Adonis fine-tunes your targets from your real trends — primarily your weigh-in trend, supported by waist and your actual nutrition intake. He needs at least 7 days of data before recommending a change, limits adjustments to once per week so each change has time to show up in your trend, and if your logged intake isn't matching your current target he'll ask you to tighten adherence before changing the numbers.
Each lift you log builds an exercise card showing your last session's sets. Tap a card and Adonis calculates your next progressive-overload target — a specific, reasoned recommendation for sets, reps, and load based on your history.
Yes. Back-dating a workout saves it to your history for the record, but it won't advance your live progressive-overload targets — those only move forward from your most recent session.
With your permission, AdonisIQ reads your step count and resting heart rate only — to track daily activity and power your recovery and readiness signals. It's never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can turn access off anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.
Steps accumulate as you move, so early readings are naturally low. Your AdonisIQ Score accounts for this by using your recent baseline until the day's real count comes in.
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. Manage or cancel anytime from your device: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current period.
First, make sure you're signed in with the same account you subscribed on, then try "Restore purchases" on the paywall. If it still doesn't unlock, email adonisiqadmin@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
