AdonisIQ is an AI-powered fitness and physique coaching app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the AdonisIQ app or website.
Depending on the features you use, AdonisIQ may collect or process information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the app.
Information used inside the app may be linked to your account identity. We do not use your information to track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use your personal data for third-party advertising.
If you join the AdonisIQ Android early-access waitlist on adonisiq.app, we collect the email address you submit. If you choose the optional beta-testing checkbox, we also record that you are interested in participating in Android beta testing.

Waitlist submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-processing provider, so the information you submit may be processed by Formspree on our behalf in order to deliver the submission to AdonisIQ.
You may opt out of Android waitlist emails at any time by using an unsubscribe option when provided or by contacting us at adonisiqadmin@gmail.com. You may also ask us to remove your waitlist information.
If you grant permission, AdonisIQ may read supported health and fitness data from Apple Health solely to provide app features such as activity, recovery, readiness, trends, and coaching context. Depending on the permissions you grant and the data available from your device or connected wearable, this may include information such as steps, resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, weight, and related wellness metrics.
Health data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties. You can revoke Apple Health access at any time in your device settings.
If you use AdonisIQ on Android and choose to connect Health Connect, AdonisIQ may request permission to read supported health and fitness data that is necessary for user-facing features such as activity tracking, recovery, readiness, trends, body-composition tracking, and coaching context.
Depending on the features available in the Android version and the permissions you choose to grant, this may include data such as:
AdonisIQ will request only the Health Connect permissions needed for the features it provides. Health Connect data is used to provide and improve those user-facing features and related coaching insights. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to track you across unrelated apps or websites.
You can grant or deny Health Connect permissions and revoke previously granted permissions through Android or Health Connect settings. Revoking access prevents AdonisIQ from obtaining new data through those permissions. If AdonisIQ has already stored a copy of information in your account, you may request deletion of that information through the app where available or by contacting us at adonisiqadmin@gmail.com.
Health Connect data and other sensitive information are handled using reasonable technical safeguards, including secure transmission methods such as HTTPS where data is transmitted over a network.
Progress photos are optional. If you choose to use this feature, the images are used to support your progress tracking and coaching experience. Do not upload photos you do not want associated with your account.
AdonisIQ uses AI systems to generate explanations, summaries, coaching guidance, and related app features. Relevant information you provide may be processed as necessary to generate those outputs. AdonisIQ does not use your personal data for third-party advertising.
We may use privacy-focused analytics and diagnostic tools to understand how AdonisIQ is used, identify problems, and improve the product. These tools are not used by AdonisIQ to track you across unrelated third-party apps or websites for advertising.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate AdonisIQ, such as hosting, analytics, AI processing, subscription infrastructure, communications, or form-processing providers. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AdonisIQ, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request deletion of your account-related information or Android waitlist information by contacting us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can guarantee absolute security.
AdonisIQ is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to consent to the processing of their personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
AdonisIQ provides informational fitness, nutrition, wellness, and physique coaching features. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Health and lab-related features are provided for informational and tracking purposes only.
