1. About AdonisIQ

AdonisIQ provides AI-assisted fitness, nutrition, recovery, physique, and progress-tracking tools. Features may include coaching guidance, progressive-overload targets, trends, check-ins, connected health data, body measurements, progress photos, nutrition information, lab tracking, reminders, and related insights.

3. AI-generated guidance

Some AdonisIQ features use artificial intelligence to generate coaching guidance, summaries, explanations, targets, forecasts, and other outputs. AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your individual circumstances.

You should use your own judgment and verify important information before acting on it. AdonisIQ does not guarantee that any AI-generated recommendation will produce a particular result.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

5. Your data and content

You may choose to provide information such as training logs, nutrition information, body measurements, progress photos, check-ins, health data, lab results, notes, and messages.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant AdonisIQ the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or provide any content you submit.

6. Connected health data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Android Health Connect, a smart scale, wearable, or another supported data source, you authorize AdonisIQ to access the specific data categories you permit.

You can change or revoke health-data permissions through your device or connected service. Availability and accuracy depend on the source device, source app, permissions, and platform.

7. Subscriptions and free trial

AdonisIQ may offer a free trial and paid subscription plans. Pricing, trial duration, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown through the relevant app marketplace before purchase.

• Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed through your Apple ID and Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed through your Google Play account.
• Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms shown by the applicable marketplace.
• Deleting the AdonisIQ app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable marketplace and its policies.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse AdonisIQ. Prohibited conduct includes:

• attempting to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• using AdonisIQ to violate any law or the rights of another person;
• uploading malicious code, unlawful content, or content you do not have permission to use;
• attempting to circumvent subscription, security, rate-limit, or access controls; or
• using automated methods to scrape, copy, or exploit the service in a manner that harms AdonisIQ or other users.

9. Changes to the service

AdonisIQ may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also update algorithms, coaching logic, integrations, supported data types, pricing, or subscription offerings.

We do not guarantee that every feature or integration will always remain available on every device or platform.

10. No guarantee of results

Fitness, physique, weight, performance, and health-related outcomes vary between individuals. AdonisIQ does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength gains, improved health markers, or any other specific result.

Your results depend on many factors outside AdonisIQ's control, including training, nutrition, adherence, genetics, health status, recovery, and other individual circumstances.

11. Third-party services

AdonisIQ may interact with third-party platforms and services such as Apple, Google, health-data platforms, payment providers, analytics providers, AI service providers, and other infrastructure vendors.

Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AdonisIQ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or independent actions of third-party services.

12. Intellectual property

AdonisIQ, its branding, software, designs, text, graphics, features, and other service materials are owned by AdonisIQ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of AdonisIQ's software, trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology.

13. Suspension or termination

You may stop using AdonisIQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms, or when necessary to protect the service or other users.

Account deletion and privacy requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdonisIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly accurate.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdonisIQ and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AdonisIQ evolves. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of AdonisIQ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating AdonisIQ, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
